Goals
YouTopia is a non-profit project by media professionals that aims to raise awareness of climate change, environmental protection and sustainability among viewers. The participants, well-known personalities from science, politics, TV and art, moved into the dome near Cologne for a five-day period.
The event was streamed live on YouTube and the respective channels of the participants, e.g. on Twitch. Viewers were able to support the environment in the form of donations: For every euro donated, the environmental organisation everwave can salvage about one kilogram of waste from the planet's waters and return it to the recycling cycle.
We are proud to be able to support an event of such importance with our artists - because the environment is still our most important asset - and environmental protection is an issue that we can only tackle collectively! Therefore, it was a matter of the heart for us to be able to support the project in this form.
